At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor project, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unopened rolls and fabric bolts. Please note that custom-cut orders and samples are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, uncut, and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a refund.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
